I have recently run a MWE (sea) training course. This course is aimed at candidates wishing to move their coaching to the next level. Refining personal skills and looking at strategies for coaching at 3 star standard using your L2 skills in a moderate i.e 4* environment.

The annual rally took place in August. This is now one of the longest running annual sea kayak events in the country. It`s always great to meet old friends and make new ones.

The begining of October saw me undertaking my Level 5 Sea Coach Assessment. Much hard work and planning had gone into this weekend and I was very pleased to have a successful outcome. My thanks go out to all those people who have encouraged and supported me in this venture.
